I know I probably say this all the time, but I feel incredibly lucky with the couples that book me. Take Charlotte and Jon – incredibly kind, fun and just wonderful to be around, with a wedding so cool that it even has it’s own hashtag #newlyjeds!

I knew soon after we met, seeing Charlotte and Jon’s warm smiles that it was going to be a day to remember. Everyone was amazing – even the priest, who had everyone in stitches as he decided to skip the ‘boring bits’!  ‘Blah, blah, blah …the end’ I think were his words at one point! Brilliant! Another highlight had to be the point where Jon announced he’d been taking secret singing lessons for the last 6 months so he could sing a special song to Charlotte during his speech. I’ll always remember the look of surprise on Charlotte’s face as Jon burst into song… only to find out he HAD actually just been going down the pub instead!

The fun flowed right throughout the day and I love that Charlotte and Jon just did everything their way – a totally relaxed wedding with everyone having a great time, all in the magical setting of a forest. Incredible! Here are a few photos from their wonderful woodland wedding.
